1. Purpose
Angel House is a membership club for investors, business angels, and entrepreneurs. The purpose is to create a safe, professional, and inspiring environment for knowledge sharing, business development, and networking. These terms govern the relationship between Angel House and its members.


2. Membership
Membership is granted by Angel House following application and, if applicable, review. Membership is personal and non-transferable. Angel House reserves the right to terminate membership at any time if a member violates these terms, acts against the club’s values, or in a way that harms the organization or its reputation.


3. Respect & Conduct
Members must always act with respect, professionalism, and integrity. Discrimination, harassment, threats, or any other offensive behavior will not be tolerated. Illegal activities, involvement in criminal activity, or the use/distribution of drugs are strictly prohibited.


4. Confidentiality
All information shared within Angel House, including during meetings, presentations, and on digital platforms, is confidential unless otherwise expressly agreed. Members may not share such information outside the network without the consent of the parties concerned.


5. Business Relations & Liability
Angel House facilitates networking but is not responsible for business relations, investments, or agreements that arise between members. Each member is solely responsible for their own due diligence, assessments, and decisions related to investments or collaborations. Angel House is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising in connection with membership, activities, or business relationships between members.


6. Personal Data & Privacy (GDPR)

Angel House processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR). Personal data processed may include names, contact details, company information, and membership data. Data is used to administer membership, enable communication, organize events, and promote the network’s purpose. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the member’s consent, unless required by law or necessary for the operation of Angel House (e.g., IT service providers). Members have the right to: request access to their data, request rectification or reasure, object to certain processing,file a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). 7. Amendments to the Terms

Angel House reserves the right to amend these terms. Members will be notified in writing (via email or other suitable means) before changes take effect.


8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.Any dispute arising from membership or these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be finally settled in Swedish courts, with the Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
